Lillydale Farm is a few hours drive from the Gold Coast, quietly nestled at the foot of Mt Barney. It is a real working farm with chickens, horses, cows, ducks, deer and so many more gorgeous creatures. The venue has recently opened to cater to marquee weddings and enlisted our help to promote them. We spent one glorious day shooting our gorgeous model around the property. We also took the opportunity to bring to life one of the many styling concepts we have dreaming up Bohemain Lace.
Sugar & Spice Events are known for glamourous weddings and this was a chance to show how versatile we can be and jump on board with the Bohemian wedding trend that is sweeping our shores. What fun it was! Brass vases overflowed with fluffy pink peonies and lisianthus. Our brand new doiley table runners added vintage charm and matched our antique linen napkins and cutlery. We delicately scribbled onto dead leaves to create place cards and positioned them next to mis-matched vintage plates. To add our signature whimsical twist, all of this beauty was framed by our spectacular fairy light frame with hanging glass vases filled with glittering candles.
Credits to Tim Sherriff for the truly spectacular photography, Grace Bridal Couture for the amazing gowns, White Ivy Designfor the incredible floristry, our model, Tanya Rose for being so gorgeous and Woodland Press for our eco-chic stationary. Big thanks to Lillydale for opening the farm gates and allowing us to experience all you have to offer, and to now allow others to feel the same magic we did!
