Emma & Paul
We have been itching to get down to Mavis' Kitchen ever since we visited for lunch last year. Our opportunity finally arrived as we styled the wedding ceremony and reception of Emma and Paul.
The couple were from interstate, which you would think would usually pose a problem when planning a wedding, but Miss Emma, our very capable bride was exceptionally organised and relaxed and planned the entire wedding with months to spare. To suit the venue, Emma chose a simple, rustic inspired ceremony with our twisted birch wedding arbour, white carpet and babies breath to line the aisle.
The wedding reception followed in the much loved restaurant, with quaint mismatched chairs and tables tucked into cozy nooks. Our large glass candelabras were an understated yet elegant centrepiece and glowed with white and gold candles. Hessian and lace napkin bands and runners adorned the tabletops along with our cute wooden table numbers. Altogether is was a stunning celebration of Emma and Paul's love, in one of the most picturesque locations!
