On a warm September day, Angel & Ilvana exchanged their vows in a garden ceremony at Polly’s Country Kitchen.
An afternoon hail storm did nothing to dampen the spirits of these two Yugoslavian lovers, or their 150 guests who sang and danced from the moment they stepped foot on the property. It was a wedding rich in music and culture, a true celebration of life and love. Maybe it was the culture, or maybe it was the rocket fuel I was made to drink out of a Tamborine shaped flask…but It was intoxicating.
This amazing marquee wedding with wooden floors, scalloped silk lining and thousands of fairylights was the home for the reception. This was decked out in sophisticated black and white, with purple lighting reflecting off mirrors and crystal, creating an iridescent glow. Tiffany chairs and luxury candelabras were paired with damask linens and diamante napkin rings.
Together, all styling elements worked together to create a truly high society wedding, that we are sure the bride, groom and guests will never forget. We wish Angel & Ilvana all the happiness we are sure awaits them on life’s journey, and are grateful to have had the experience of being involved.
