Entry: $8.00 each. Children under 14 free. Free glass of bubbles and goody bag upon arrival.
Terms & Conditions
- Competition commences 4pm Friday 12th April 2013 and closes 3.30pm June 16th 2013.
- Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material) which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.
- Sugar & Spice Events is the Promoter of this competition www.sugarandspiceevents.com.au
- One entry per person only is permitted
- Entries must be submitted to competition barrel by 3.30pm on the 16th June 2013.
- Prize voucher is not redeemable for cash. No cash alternative to the prize voucher package will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we research the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving any notice.
- Prize voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Prize voucher is valid up until 30th April 2015 and must be booked at least 12 months in advance on a date available for both the Stylists, Sugar & Spice Events, and the venue, Polly’s Country Kitchen.
- Prize must be used for one event only (ie. not split up for multiple weddings or events).
- The prize is valid only for weddings held at Polly’s Country Kitchen
- The prize may not be split into venue and styling/decor. The prize is to be used as a packaged deal.
- Can only be used for weddings of 100 people, or less.
- The prize is a gift voucher that includes: Free venue* hire from Polly’s Country Kitchen for a wedding of up to 100 people – $1,500 value; Theming package from Sugar & Spice Events for up to 100 people – $1,760 value.

- Upon receipt of both like’s and subscription as outlined above entrants will be registered in competition after which terms & conditions will be emailed to registrants.
- On arrival to the Fair, registration of entrants name and personal details is required, after which the entrant will be presented with a ticket to enter into barrel. Any incorrect details will invalidate entry. Entry to the Fair is $8.00 per person (unless winner of lead up double pass prizes).
- Ticket will be drawn at random at 3.30pm and winner will be notified by phone.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other events outside the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
*Venue Hire includes:
- Full use of grounds for ceremony, reception & photography purposes
- 1 chair per guest (brown plastic venue chairs)
- Trestle tables for reception (4 people/table)
- Ample free parking
Venue Hire DOES NOT INCLUDE: marquee, catering, corkage, mobile fridge, generator, crockery, cutlery or glassware. When our preferred caterer is booked, all crockery, cutlery and two wait staff are included within the caterer’s fees. Outside caterers may be allowed in at management’s discretion. All supplier to be approved by Polly’s Country Kitchen before being booked. Use of the grounds is not exclusive and Polly’s Cafe will be open for breakfast & lunch service unless negotiated otherwise.
Corkage Cost- $5.00/head
