Every year, Pantone, the international authority on colour release the colour of the year. This colour will trend throughout the year and we will see it show up in fashion, beauty and interior design.
For the first time, Pantone has bended 2 shades to be the colours of 2016: Rose Quartz & Serenity.
Pantone describes these colours as:
“A persuasive yet gentle tone that conveys compassion and a sense of composure. Like a serene sunset, flushed cheek or budding flower, Rose Quartz reminds us to reflect on our surroundings during the busy but lighthearted spring and summer months. Weightless and airy, like the expanse of the blue sky above us, Serenity comforts with a calming effect, bringing a feeling of respite even in turbulent times. A transcendent blue, Serenity provides us with a naturally connected sense of space.

We have a wide variety of linen, in a few shades of pink to reflect the beauty of Rose Quartz. Satin overlays, sequinned rounds or pretty pink lace are just some of the table coverings available to compliment your pink hues wedding. See our full range here.
In our opinion, no event design, especially weddings, is complete without flowers. Pink has been a popular colour for some time, and different looks are achieved using varying hues.
Pack wooden boxes full of blooms for a rustic look, or create a living table runner with hundreds of florals packed together down the centre or front if a table. Create a completely romantic setting for your garden wedding by lining the aisle with petals and full heads of roses, or hang them from a chandelier for a striking suspended decor centrepiece.
Lighting and more…
Exclusive to Sugar & Spice Events, our suspended lamps are a striking lighting option for your outdoor wedding or event. In a variety of shades of pink, they add subtle illumination to your banquet tables.
Indulge your sweet tooth with hard pink candy, and decorate jars with ribbon and fresh flowers for a unique look. Add a vintage touch by using old books recovered in pink fabric as a creative alternative to lolly buffet labels.
